Now we are ready to put the interior together. After putting the vinyl floor down we needed to get the roll bar back in. With that done the seats are next on the list.
The seats still being in pretty good shape we felt a good set of seat covers would help the package. We opted for a set of covers that had plenty of storage pockets for keeping all the important Jeeping items in an easily accessible area.
We found an Autotechnica steering wheel that matched and complimented the seat covers so naturally we added it to the package.
At this point we took a break from the interior and went to work under the hood for a few changes. We decided fluid changes and a tune up were in order and a good place to start.
The original radiator shroud was broken so we went ahead and took it out so we could replace it with a new one. We also installed a KNN air filter to replace the old, dirty paper filter while we were doing the tune up and the other work.
Time to add the back seat. We actually found and added one that matched the front seat covers instead of the original grey that didn't quite match the rest of the theme.
We happened to have a set of smoke tail light covers on hand so we decided to add those as well for that extra little touch.
After the seatbelts, CD player and sound bar were added it was time to put on the "End Of The Road" hard top and half doors.
